B.A., B.C.L, Principal

Robert is a graduate of McGill University in law (1975) and arts (1972), and from 1976 to 1981 practiced corporate and commercial law and was involved in private business. Robert has over 30 years of experience in real estate. He has successfully acquired, managed, sold and developed office, retail, industrial and residential properties, ranging in value from $2,000,000 to $40,000,000, on behalf of investors, clients, and partners

Richard Glickman

Richard has been in the real estate business for over 30 years. He attended McGill University and obtained his fellowship in the Real Estate Institute of Canada in 1980. He served until 1984 as the president of Suisdev Inc., a real estate management company with 500,000 square feet of office property. While there, he created a joint venture in order to develop a 600,000-square-foot AAA office tower in the Montreal Central Business District now known as 600 de Maisonneuve West

Stanislava Paganuzzi
AACI, Vice-President

An experienced real estate appraiser, Prior to commencing with Colterra Capital, Stanislava was the founder of her own appraisal firm. Her real estate knowledge has been honed through her years of analysis and appraisal of all types of commercial properties for both institutional and private equity clients.

Alexis Aube-Martin
Director of Acquisitions & Asset Management

Before joining Colterra Capital Corporation as a Director of Acquisitions & Asset Management, Alexis co-founded a self-storage development venture in the United States with several projects completed.

Rocio Lobo
B.Acc, Controller

A native Venezuelan, Rocio oversees the accounting function at Colterra. Prior to joining the organization, Rocio worked for a major consulting, engineering and construction company in Montreal. After completing her degree in accounting, she worked for several years in her native country in a public traded Venezuelan financial services firm. She has hands-on expertise in all facets of accounting and accounting systems.
